The Israeli Phytopathological Society (IPS)
The Israeli Phytopathological Society (IPS) is a professional non-profit organization dedicated to the study and management of plant diseases. Founded in 1968, the society serves as a hub for scientists, researchers, undergraduate and graduate students, agronomists, and industry professionals specializing in plant pathology caused by fungi, bacteria, viruses, and nematodes.
Our Mission:
- Advancing Research: Promoting scientific research and professional development in the field of phytopathology by bringing together the most up-to-date knowledge and scientific advances in plant disease research and management
